MLB will send expanded replay to owners
With the abundance of blown calls running rampant in the MLB, baseball will look to expand instant replay by giving managers three game challenges. Like the NHL, replays will be adjudicated at the MLB main offices rather than by the umpires. The new rule must be approved by 75% of the owners in a vote in November.
