Cowboys and Redskins highlight NFL Week 17
It’s hard to believe the NFL regular season is over tonight. Sadly, Obama hasn’t said anything about the SB3 economic stimulus package that would expand the NFL regular season to 32 games. Oh well. Cowboys/Redskins for the NFC East highlights the Week 17 card and you can watch it in prime time tonight at 8:30 PM EST on NBC, preceded by arguably the best three minutes in football …. the Faith Hill segment. At this writing, the Skins are -3 and the total is 49. There are multiple playoff scenarios depending on the results of the early games but for Dallas it is win or home. It will be partly cloudy at Fed Ex Field with winds 5-10 from the NW. The game time temperature is expected to be around 33 with the wind chill taking it down to 26. There is no precipitation in the forecast.
SB3 will have a complete Week 17 recap and the early playoff matchups with lines on the Monday report. Don’t miss it.

Bobcats go down for the 18th straight time
Kiss of the Durantula. Kevin Durant makes a great block on the defensive end, grabs the rebound, drives the length of the court and posterizes the Mavs Chris Kamen on the other end. Enjoy.
North Carolina wins revenge game with UNLV
Last year, North Carolina went into Las Vegas and caught the Rebels on their best shooting night of the year as UNLV won 90-80. This year, UNC returned the favor handing the No.20 ranked Rebels a 79-73. The Tar Heels jumped out to an early 15-6 lead and were never really threatened although UNLV did cut the lead to one with about five minutes to play. Dexter Strickland led five Heels in double figures. Anthony Bennett and Anthony Marshall each had 15 for UNLV.
