(NCAAF) Miami Florida/Louisville Under 58 (Saturday, December 28, 2013 6:45 PM EST)
We are not interested in a side in this game as both teams have been ticket burners of epic proportions. In fact, the Hurricanes are just 1-5 against-the-points allowing 31+ points in four of their final five. Louisville is just 2-7 ATS in their final nine games and just 2-2-1 ATS with suitcase this year. The Canes are thrilled to be here after a two year self-imposed bowl hiatus, Louisville had a BCS game in its sights before imploding late vs Central Florida and may be going through the motions. The Cards have the best player on the field in quarterback Teddy Bridgewater but it is unclear whether the junior will come out after a basically mediocre year after starting the year as a top three Heisman choice and possible No.1 overall draft pick. The Louisville offense has not been a killer in the red zone, often resorting to field goals rather than cashing seven. That is reflective in their 8-3 under mark for the year. The Card defense has been the teams best unit holding opponents to just 86 ypg on the ground. They’ll have a tough go of it keeping Miami under the century mark but Canes QB Stephen Morris isn’t going to beat elite teams with his arm. In the arm, we’re expecting both teams to move the ball between the 20s but not score a whole lot of points. Play the under.
