With two games in the books in the Western Conference finals, Indiana and Miami open the Eastern Conference final tonight at 8:05 PM EST at American Airline Arena in South Beach. Cavs win draft lottery for second time in three years
For the second time in three years, the Cleveland Cavaliers have drawn the winning ping pong ball in the NBA draft lottery and will pick first. Two years ago, after the defection of Lebron James to Miami, the Cavs were able to take PG Kyrie Irving with the top pick. This year, the Cavs are thought to be taking Kentucky shot-blocking power forward Nerls Noel or trading for an All-Star caliber front court player.
Vinnie Del Negro out with the Clippers
What have you done for me lately ??? After a franchise record 56 wins, a franchise best 17-game win streak and their first ever division title, the Clippers have decided not to retain head coach Vinnie Del Negro. With the Clippers pressed to re-sign Chris Paul, Del Negro was expendable. Paul is said to not be a fan of Del Negro and the Clippers nw becomes the most attractive job opening in the NBA. Del Negro had a 128-102 record in three years with the Clippers and a 210-184 record overall.

Tuukka Rask made 23 saves for Boston which handed the Broadway Blues their first home loss in the playoffs.
Logan Couture scored his fifth power-play goal of the playoffs to give the San Jose Sharks a 2-1 win over the L.A. Kings and level that series at two games apiece. The home team has won all four games in the series and San Jose has won the last six meetings in the Shark Tank.
