U.S. men’s soccer wins in Mexico for the first time ever
The U.S. men’s soccer team used Michael Orozco Fiscal’s goal in the 80th minute and Tim Howard’s late sprawling saves to beat Mexico 1-0, the American’s first ever win in Mexico. The U.S. was 0-23-1 over 75 years of frustration vs our neighbors from the South. It was just the Mexican’s 9th loss in 120 games and the first defeat since 2007 (Paraguay) at Stadio Azteca.
