Wolverines and Cards square off for all the marbles
After three weeks of madness, it comes down to Louisville and Michigan for the men’s college basketball National Championship tonight in Atlanta. The Cardinals are four-point favorites and the total is holding steady at 138. The matchup features a dichotomy of styles as Louisville is No.2 in the nation in creating turnovers with their relentless press. The Wolverines are no.1 in the nation in protecting the ball. The Favorite is 10-3 ATS in the L13 national championship games. The Top seed is 5-1 against the points over that same time facing a lower seed.
While both teams can leave it on the floor tonight, it is a quick turnaround from Sunday night. Louisville played three subs more than 10 minutes in their come-from-behind win over Wichita State. Michigan played four of their starters 35+ minutes with no sub playing more than five minutes.
