Vandy +6 over Alabama

The Crimson Tide are 7-1 at home but just might be a bit of a fraud. Bama has lost four of their last five games against top 100 teams and are just 1-3 in their four lines home games. The connect just 27% of their threes good for #338 in the country. Vandy has won seveb straight and has been a real road warrior going 3-1 with a win at Marquette and the only loss coming in OT at Louisville when the Cards were white hot. The Commoders are 18-5 in their L23 with suitcase and a highly profitable 15-5 in L20 as a dog making them impossible to pass on here. Vandy straight up.

Boston College +16 over NC State

Around the first of the year we wrote that this year’s Boston College Eagles may be the worst team to ever compete in the ACC. We must have got their ear and they’ve covered all four conference games and won their last two homies over Clemson and Virginia Tech. Tonight, they travel to tobacco road to visit the up and down Wolf Pack. NC State is 13-5 with the loses early on to Stanford, Indiana, and Syracuse but last home game was inexplicable 9-point home loss to Georgia Tech. The Pack is just 3-6 ATS at home this year and 12-21 vs the points of late so grabbing 16 in a conference matchup looks to be the way to go. NC State by ten.

Colorado -9.5 over Arizona State

The Sun Devils are a train wreck and we’ll fade them at every reasonable opportunity. HC Herb Sendek is not long for his job as ASU goes to war tonight without their leading scorer Keala King (dismissed) and without PG Lockett out with an ankle. State just 4-13 in lined games this year including 2-8 vs teams with winning records. The Buffs are one of the surprise teams in the country and have been nails at home where they are 9-1. Colorado handled the Washington schools and Utah in their conference homies and are home tonight vs a soft touch after getting hammered in their Cal and Stanford swing last week. It could get ugly for ASU.

Illinois -4 over Penn State

Ordinarily, might be a bit concerened playing the Illini off their upset of Ohio State but they’ve had nine days to get their heads on straight. Illinois figures to take the Nits very seriously as they are just 4-5 in the L9 of the series and not playing well prior to the Buckeyes. Penn State is just 1-5 in conference and four of those losses are by 12+ points. The Lions are 5-1 in their L6 as a home dog but not getting enough points here to even rate a quck look here vs. the Orange and Blue 17-7 road mark. Illinois roll.
