Other Ways to Stop Problem Gambling

Contact your state’s Gambler’s Anonymous chapter to talk to a counselor or attend your first meeting. Visit this page for state hotlines.

Call the National Council on Problem Gambling to talk to a problem gambling counselor about you or a loved one’s gambling problem – Call 1-800-522-4700. Visit the NCPG website’s state-by-state directory.

Call the SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) national helpline – Call 1-800-662-HELP. Also visit the SAMSHA website.

We also suggest closing all your online sports betting and casino accounts. Advise customer service that you are excluding yourself from their website and no longer want any contact, including promotional emails, phone calls, or texts.
