K49A Media LLC is authorized to promote the following licensed and regulated horse betting providers:

  1. TwinSpires

K49A Media LLC is compensated for its marketing services by one of the following methods in states where it is licensed or otherwise authorized to advertise with a valid marketing partnership agreement:

  1. Revenue Share – K49A Media LLC receives a commission calculated on the net gaming revenue produced by the customers it refers to a sports betting provider.
  2. Cost Per Acquisition – K49A Media LLC receives a flat fee for each new depositing or “real money” customer it refers to a sports betting provider.
